Commercial Office Tower — Core & Shell

A high-rise office building with a multi-level basement, reinforced-concrete core and frame, unitised façade and base-build MEP.

01Project overview

The scope, in context

The tower is delivered core-and-shell for tenant fit-out, on a programme driven by a fixed leasing date. Basement, superstructure and façade run as overlapping fronts.

The plan protects the critical path to structural topping-out and to a weathertight envelope, then to base-build commissioning, with quality holds at each concrete pour and façade zone.
