01About Pathrex Infra

An engineering-led contractor, built for infrastructure that has to last.

Pathrex Infra plans and builds civil, building and industrial infrastructure. Design coordination, procurement and construction are run as one sequence, under a single point of accountability, so scope and schedule do not leak at the hand-offs.

The work is deliberately methodical: survey control before setting-out, method statements before mobilisation, and quality records kept as the works proceed. On institutional and government contracts, measurement and documentation are set up to tender conditions from the first week.

03EPC Capabilities

One lifecycle, planned as a single sequence

Engineering feeds procurement, procurement feeds a buildable construction plan, and the path to testing, commissioning and handover is protected from the start.
  1. 01

    Engineering

Design development, coordination and constructability review turn the brief into information that can be built.

    • Design basis and specification review
    • Multi-discipline and vendor coordination
    • Constructability and method input
  2. 02

    Procurement

Long-lead items, materials and subcontract packages are planned against the construction sequence.

    • Procurement schedule tied to the programme
    • Vendor qualification and technical evaluation
    • Purchase orders and expediting
  3. 03

    Construction

Execution on site with method statements, quality holds and safety planning built into every activity.

    • Work packaging and look-ahead planning
    • Method statements and permits to work
    • Survey control and setting out
  4. 04

    Testing & Commissioning

Systems are checked, energised and proven against the specification before they carry load or use.

    • Pre-commissioning checks and punch lists
    • System testing and performance verification
    • Statutory inspections and approvals
  5. 05

    Handover

The asset is transferred with the documentation, warranties and support needed to operate it.

    • As-built drawings and O&M manuals
    • Warranty and guarantee registers
    • Quality and commissioning dossiers
06Why Pathrex Infra

Six commitments that decide how the work runs

Not slogans — the operating principles that shape planning, procurement and site delivery on every project.
01

Engineering discipline

Decisions are made from drawings, calculations and method — not from optimism. Interfaces are resolved before they reach the site.

02

Execution capability

Work is packaged, planned and resourced so the programme reflects how the job is actually built, and progress is measured against it.

03

Quality focus

Inspection and test plans with real hold points. Work is checked before it is covered, and records are kept as the works proceed.

04

Safety

Method statements, permits and site discipline are planned into every activity. A safe sequence is a buildable sequence.

05

Accountability

One team owns the outcome. Reporting shows the real position — schedule, cost and quality — so decisions are made on facts.

06

Long-term thinking

Infrastructure is built to be operated for decades. Detailing, materials and documentation are chosen with that life in mind.

07Delivery process

Seven steps from brief to a supported handover

The same sequence on every project, scaled to its size. Each step produces something the next one depends on.
  1. 01

    Understand

Study the brief, the site and the contract. Surface constraints, approvals and risks before they become programme events.

  2. 02

    Plan

Build the master programme, resource plan and procurement schedule around a construction method that can actually be delivered.

  3. 03

    Engineer

Develop and coordinate design information, resolve interfaces and confirm constructability with the site team.

  4. 04

    Procure

Qualify vendors, place orders for long-lead items early, and expedite supply against the construction sequence.

  5. 05

    Execute

Construct to method statements and quality plans, with survey control, inspection records and safety planning on every activity.

  6. 06

    Monitor

Measure progress, cost and quality against the plan. Report the real position and act on variance early.

  7. 07

    Deliver

Test, commission and hand over with complete documentation, then support the asset through its defect-liability period.
