The scope, in context

The viaduct lifts through-traffic clear of a congested surface network. Construction happens within a narrow median and under active traffic, so precast methods and night possessions drive the plan.

Foundations and pier casting are staged behind barriers; spans are erected with a launching girder or cranes during controlled closures; ramps are tied into the surface network in sequence.
